How do I make a reservation?
  1. You can complete the request form located on our website. Choose a route, select a date, select extras(optional) and fill your personal details. A representative will reply back to you as soon as possible.

What payment options do i have?
  1. We accept payments by bank transfer.
  2. We accept payments by Credit/debit (VISA/MASTERCARD) card with POS on boat.
  3. We accept cash on arrival.
How can I cancel a reservation?

For cancelations please contact us from the same email address the reservation was made. A representative will reply back to your request. Please provide a full description of your request.

What if a don't show on time?

No refund can be issued for non-show or late arrival. The duration or the date of reservation cannot be extended or transferred later.

Obligations of the guests
  1. The guests group can not be more than 9 persons.
  2. The guests must report to the skipper, any health problems or medications they are taking.
  3. The guests must respect the boat and the skipper.
Reservation validity

In order for a reservation to be valid, the following personal information* (*of all party members) as well as a deposit of the final amount is required.

  1. Full name
  2. Age
  3. Sex
  4. Passport id
  5. Country
Reservation cancelation

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation or an ongoing route for the following reasons.

  1. When there is damage to the boat that cannot be repaired on time.
  2. Due to bad weather, sailing might be dangerous.
  3. If any of the guests are sick or drunk.
  4. When the authorities issue a non-floating order.
  5. For any reasons of public safety or other, the skipper decides that the route must be cancelled.
  6. The guests do not comply with agreement statement.
Refund

We will refund the pre-payment or full payment of a reservation when the following reasons occur or when the cancellation is made without customer's fault.

  1. When there is damage to the boat that cannot be repaired on time.
  2. Due to bad weather, sailing might be dangerous.
  3. When the authorities issue a non-floating order.

We reserve the right not to refund payments, for any other reasons the customer want to cancel a reservation. We will process cancel requests on demand.

Non-show

In case of non-show, the deposit is non-refundable
